VEC purchases emerald mine.

Received an e-mail from VEC today. They are purchasing a private emerald mining company for 250,000 cash and 200,000 shares plus 15% of the profits for 8 years. I will e-mail it from my compuserve mail to my internet mail and post the entire release here later today.
