Did not hear kurlak comments but I would point out Kurlak has a habit of speaking out during expiration week. ho ho ho . The capacity glut took years to build it will not go away in a matter of months especially as the global economy continues to slow. All the growth in SEA that de bulls hoped will not happen instead we have excess capacity and questionable loans. Will
