Even with a glut of oil all over the world, INDX just can't seem to find drilling equipment. It seems everyone is drilling everywhere except on INDX properties. You would think a few rigs would be free with the glut.

When Japan rebounds, the Japaneese will buy more oil and we'll see better prices for oil stocks. Until then I wish we could at least sell sand!!
