Stewart , any analyst will tell you that when you buy a turnaround situation ,when the stock has been losing money over a few quarters , you do not use the p/e to judge valuation it is pointless . Investors judge the potential profitability by the price/sales ratio using that criteria AMD is a 3rd the price of Intel. regards
