I must say I never got the reasoning behind the split.
When Gary mentioned that Dan was converting B to A, I started suspecting the *NEW* TA(Dan's Friend?). Isn't he supposed to require a board approval documents before he does the conversion? I don't know if cohort in crime qualifies as an affiliate.
