saturday (and Charles), the Section 29 tax credits are transferable and so can be sold. But they are not created until the synthetic fuel is created and sold. No fuel, no tax credits. You can bet that Bill is well aware of the tax credit and will factor it into his calculations regarding the current economic viability of the processor. Unfortunately, tax credits are not an immediately available income item, so the processor must run at a cost that will permit current diesel sales to cover all expenses, there being nothing in the bank as a cushion. --Norm
