Roger,

After the bemusing sell-off of CYPH after its good news, I've been reevaluating ZITL. I believe the exact opposite may happen with it. It appears that the bad news of new financing (at best) is being factored into the stock price. Even if there is an incredible amount of dilution, I now think it likely that the stock will blip up once the details are on the table, and the co. can operate (i.e. generate more hype) for another 6 mo's to year or so.

Of course, if the deal never comes, ZITL will be out of cash in a couple weeks (or perhaps 2 months if it can draw on its paltry line of credit), and its stock price will accurately reflect that fact. <g>

My hope is that the refinancing (and jump) comes. Why? because I think the jump will only be very short-term, providing yet one more excellent opportunity to short.

Cheers, Monty
