IMO, action today was the 2nd wave of accumulation by (different) institutions. The short is not moving yet; they still don't believe a word from coms ceo. Put these 2 together, we should see backing and filling between $25 and $28. There're lots shorts at $28-$32. When this thing hits $30, you may want to take a ride on their back for a few days. Whether you're long or short, good luck always.
