John, I am going to assume that your numbers regarding cable users is accurate. Given that and your statement lets look at the numbers.

If there are 70 million pc's and there are three times as many cable users that would be a market of 210 million. If these chips are going for $30 each and CRUS gets 10% of the market that equates to $630 million share. Now, given that this announcement is in Venezuela, all they have to do is get a few more countries like Equador or Paraguay and they got it made.

As for the comment made by Michael Perdensky "Ted, You should not underestimate Alfred Teo.He will prevail."

I won't speak for Ted but let me just say that Teo has a lot of money to make up, an up hill battle with Hackman and company as well as company with no credibility with the investment community.

I wish Teo well but I wouldn't waste my money betting on a home run (but I am hoping for a base hit or at the least, a base on balls).
