Instead, why not concentrate on maturing the company first--building the right bridges (nice post, Matty)--and then see what investors think?

We'll have to wait and see. Since Hayton has reportedly divested his interests in ZULU, whatever happens from here on in will have little to do with him. Why not respond now, so as to clear his name before getting involved in another venture?
