John I have talked to and he is negotiating with Midland and has told me today on numerous occasions along with some other he feels he has a moral obligation to conclude the negotiations with Midland. Now I am not privy to the talks and so forth nor am I am employee so that is all I have to go on. where every stands at the moment I do not know and I have e-mailed and posted all I do know. GB
