Michael,

Teo may prevail, but its going to be a very rocky road for the next
two years. Revenues are going down 60-70M this quarter, along with
the next few quarters. I hear that they are going to unload one of
their fabs for a charge of around 200M. If true, the stock is going
down. The cash is currently supporting the stock price. I would
expect the stock price to drift down to the 6-7 dollar level.

From last 10Q:

As of December 27, 1997, the Company is contingently liable for
MiCRUS and Cirent equipment leases which have remaining payments of
approximately $560 million, payable through fiscal 2004.
