With all this wonderful hype of this company, I tried something hands on, I gave them a call, to their customer line.

I was told I would have to hold at least ten minutes to speak to a customer rep. No pleasant music, just an annoying loop hyping the company while on hold.

Over 12 minutes later, I'm still on hold, giving me time to make this post.

Is this the way to *help* one's customers?
