Stockman, these BB OTC stocks require some faith to hold. Barring the absolute scam of the century, Jimmy Chin will have located somewhere between 8 and 16 POP locations all around the world by the end of this year. From the news releases and from talking to Roger Templeton, these foreign countries are actually loaning DGIV the money to come in and build up their IP telecommunications industry. It's hard for me to believe how quickly Jimmy is setting up this network. In DGIV's peer group: QWST,IDTC,RSLC,ICGX,ILNK,LVLT the average price/sales ratio is 6.8. Assuming that DGIV makes $100 mil. in revenues next year, then DGIV would be fairly valued around $38 a share. DGIV's company estimate for next year is $100 mil. which leads you to believe that they can make that figure standing on their head. In my opinion the only real question is how quickly they can ramp up these POP locations and get them cranking out steady revenues. Until then I can see why some people are suspicious. I think we may be a quarter or 2 away from explosive growth. The 10-SB will give some estimates as to what the signed contracts will produce. Hopefully investors will see these numbers, extrapolate out and see why we are all so excited. Roger said we will see something in the next day or so. Mark
