Hey E.,I am not going no where, I'm in it for the long haul and trust me these naysayers don't get to me. What does get to me is I come in from the pool, and find my wife on the computer, then she asks me" how do I check to see how much our stock is up to now"...talk about almost going into cardiac arrest..lord help me if she finds out how to access quotes, before this stock goes back up..anyway glad to see people talking about specifics of the company again instead of who's list EDII is on. Answer to jmt.....I think that sec law u are asking bout says something bout if u own x percent of a company u have to list the amount of shares u sell our buy of that company......your point?
