The Wavemeter can easily be used by people without credit cards.
Check this out:
1) Open up a WAVE ACCOUNT (similar to a bank account)
2) Send them a check or have a portion of your paycheck sent to your account with direct deposit (someday this may be a real situation with increased online purchases)
3) Spend away!

Simple as one, two, three. We need to have open minds, the possibilities are endless.
