Wow thats real assuring,Spriggs feels a moral obligation to negotiate with MIDL.Seems a little fraudlent if he dosen't negotiate with MDIL.Seems to me the Arcon group headed by DF brought this mess to MIDL.Nothing like Arcon officers selling there product to MIDL investors than pulling out because there people have dirty fingers,I think he should feel a hell of lot more than a moral obligation,how about a legal obligation.
