Well with John resigning they sort do not have one which is why I offered my phone number for the IR.

I assume that we own stock/warrants in MIDL which right now has no assets and no cash unless the warrants actually get exercised..so we are back to a "shell" and waiting...correct???

That is exactly correctly as of John Spriggs resignation yesterday.

So it is a matter of waiting to see if John and mIDL come to terms and/or one of the stated acquistions .JV is closed on .. That is basically it in a nutshell.
