I'm going to be calling George tomorrow and talking to him, if there are any questions that need to be addressed, let me know.

As for the direction of the company, look at my post where i mentioned Thermo Electron, in fact i might post an url later so people can read what this company has done and what they are doing that has made them so successful and that is exactly what EDII is doing.
