Now that is about basically about it and John wants money to build the plant so MIDL has problem with DF doing what he did. He took the money from my understanding.

I did not BTS this stock and I am the one that developed BTS. I did not know what Dan was doing but I question what he told me and that led to all this. I have posted from the prospectus and the compnay news releases which Dan Fisher put out.

There is a lot of confusion on how this happened and I do not know how we could have possibly know what was own Dan's mind or his plan. I wish I was a seer to have seen that.
