Just got my annual report today and I noticed that the shareholders meeting is next Wednesday, June 24. Sounds like they're trying to rush this, or hope to not get many proxies returned in time. I too voted against new options for insiders, especially at CDN$0.01 per share and "on terms and conditions determined by the directors"! I also voted against all directors except Dave Bennett, not that Guidi is likely to get outvoted. I voted online at www.proxyvote.com to make sure my votes got recorded in time. I'm starting to lose my patience with INDX and DUE--not the smartest two investments I've ever made. Anyone planning on attending the shareholders meeting? It would be nice to have someone to represent us long-suffering minority shareholders. Omar
