Barbara From what I have seen of S&P reports they only use annual eps growth and get a matching PE to asses "fair value." I think that is a pretty common practice, and since the flatter earnings aren't completely in the trailing year's earnings the fair value is still relatively high. At least this is my understanding, but if it's wrong I would like to be enlightened. Hopefully these analog semis will start increasing their consecutive quarter earnings again. Chucky
