I just checked with for premium reports, and unfortunately these mergers and restructuring is still too new for any DD by analysts/brokerages to have put together a premium report for sale. So never mind a free report, you can't even BUY one on this company yet.
If you find one, let me know, If it's cheap enough I'll buy a copy.
(Say under $35).
While I was doing my DD, I just had a thought on the price manipulations. I remember reading an MM article that stated, when MM's go on vacations, they normally tell the person taking over the stock to "Don't change anything", which means, the MM replacement has strict instructions to keep the trading of a stock within a predetermined range. ,,,,Just another possiblility, ahhhhh nothing like operating in the dark :)
