Tom...Here's a link to news from Reuters I just read on MSNBC, dated June 16, entitled.. "Infoseek Shares Up On Takeover Talk"... msnbc.com The article says Disney couln't be reached for comment, but Time Warner said they have never been in talks with Infoseek...That pretty much dispels the Time Warner speculation... The article says SEEK has stated they will reveal long-term plans at a later time..(I wonder, does this possibly mean at the shareholders meeting?) Regards, George
