Your model assumes that the only incentive for the RBOC's
is a 'negative' one--why not turn this around--the potential
for more phone line utlization, etc is a positive one. If people
can use telephones for VOD/interactive conferencing, at-home work,
why not?

I think that the first thing that will happen is small corporations
getting hooked into the internet. Then work-at-home for large corporations. The push will have to come from the people who
need/want it. I think there are millions of us out there right now.
