But then again, you must be "reformed" to be in GRNO. The primary reason for my initial interest and investment in GRNO was that it provides a private market solution to both a nasty pollutant, as well as an alternative energy source that lessoned US dependence on insecure foreign sources.

One aspect about the tax credits is that a suitable buyer must be found for them and there are consulting firms that deal solely in the area, for their requisite cut. Also, the credits can only be sold, I understand, to a company in a like industry, namely oil or manufacturing. (Again, that is how I understood the finer points of tax credits.)
