He's got 240K options in DR too... Just plodding through the S-1 registration. Man, 189 pages!!!! Ronning has been given 240K options in DR, about half of those priced at 75 cents, the other half to be determined. A lot of boilerplate in there, also an waful lot of blanks. LIke I said, look for amnded prospecti where a lot of the blanks are filled in. LIke the number of hsares issued, LOL DocStone
