Bernard, I have never liked Zeev's onion peeling analogy. As everyone knows, every peel just leaves another peel. You never get to anything different than the next peel. I prefer a nut analogy, with something worthwhile inside. Some shells are tougher than others. Macadamia nuts were once considered not commercial because of the tough thick shell. Black walnuts are also difficult. However, people solved the cracking process. IMO the desert dirt economic recovery nut is about to be cracked.
