>>I find it amusing how extremely defensive the "fan" reaction to my posts has been.<<
I have a strong reaction, because there are so many people on the street that can't be trusted, and Cramer (IMO) is one person who has a lot of honesty and sincere heart. You can debate his style all you want. You can debate his strategy all you want. You can say that you don't learn anything, because it's not suitable material for you (I've learned alot...but maybe you know more than I do...who knows). You can say that he likes to be the center of attention. You can say he's a ham, whatever....
But when you question his character as self-congratulating, that's where I feel a strong need to put my foot down.
I feel absolutely certain that many of his articles go far beyond the definition of 'humble' pie - a very refreshing concept.
Yeah, maybe he's a figment of our imagination. Maybe he made it all up. I guess you can say that, since who's really checked it out. Then just call him a liar, but not self-congratulating.
>>The point still stands that Cramer is rarely specific about trades as they happen or soon after...<<
Haven't you learned yet, that he can't talk specifics because of the conflict of interests, which he states over, and over, and over.... He job is not to talk specifics, but to talk process. That's what I want, that's what I like, that's what I pay for. If you don't think his tactics, strategy, process is accurate...fine. But please don't start attacking his character and his integrity. |
