I think it means what you think it means. I had not heard anything about this yet, just another way to soak a bunch of poeple for a lot of money. By dilluteing the stock, you wonder when it will stop. like will this be a one time thing or will they just slowly turn this one into another ADGI stock or a HCCA one. ( 800, million shares I think for hcca) surely this wont happen with this stock. I hope.
