Binder as much as your mind has been poisened about me I think I would still enjoy your company. You seem like a quick energetic person that can think on their feet. My post was a quick assesment of the current situation. I am not here to beat up Gary but I think the company needs it. Everyone was wondering why Dan Fisher would leaves just when everything was at it's rosiest. How about this scenerio. Dan got wind that Spriggs was not happy with MIDL and was not going through with the merger. So he grabbed what he thought he could get before the truth of Spriggs unhappiness was known. As usually we have not heard the complete and real story. As time goes on piece by piece will come out and we will find the truth. But as one guy posted the nays and longs have equal billing here. The longs have held the floor for a while, now the nays have all the ammo. Let them talk and possibly one will bring some important information to the thread.... To simply put one's head in the sand and say this is all going according to plan is ridiculous. We need to formally acknowledge that this ship has been rocked by several salvos lately. We have been abandoned by all the important officers in the company that we were investing in. We are left with a lawyer and Gary which is doing the best he can but is not given much more information that anyone else. ( Or shouldn't be ). The mere fact that they are relying on Gary shows that they are not that interested in staying with what other companys have as a standard....a company spokesman. To have people jump on others that come here with valid gripes and want some answers if they are out there, is just as negative, because these people have the right to complain because this company or shell is a mess right now......
