Cruiser, you can tell us now. You really a Investor Relations rep for BAY!!! Aren't you? Be honest for a change. Only an IR rep would put a positive spin on something like this- top management getting perks to sell out its shareholders and claim it is in their best interest. If bullshit were electricity then BAY would be the largest provider of power in the country. I didn't buy SNPX then WFLT= BAY because I loved the name. I bought the stock to make money back in 93. You said, "Forget the $38 / share price; that is a meaningless number". Your right on that account. John
