Bill Wexler: I did accuse Triton Energy Corporation of FRAUD. In fact, I filed just such a lawsuit against Triton in the U. S. District Court, Central District of California. The lawsuit is still pending against Triton (NYSE:OIL). My position as to Triton's fraud is well documented and published in a number of places if you want the facts. Feel free to contact Veronex to get a copy of the entire annual report. The Veronex WEB Site is located at veronex.com which also has information. The U. S. Securities & Exchange Commission has taken enforcement action against Triton for certain activities which are fully explained in the Veronex annual report.
