I sense that you agree that they have nothing to hide, They have done nothing wrong! So why would they be afraid to embrace a new concept or to answer tough questions? I would guess that they would welcome the chance to openly discuss these questions with their shareholders, to prove they are worthy of running the company in a sound and ethical manner. I say let them speak for themselves.
