Charles, I have read the posts here and on AOL, and am intrigued by RICA. I have a number of questions, however, and would appreciate if you or anybody else out there could provide some answers. 1) How many shares are currently outstanding? 2) It was posted earlier that a 10Q would be sent to EDGAR. Are they in fact going to do a 10Q, or are they just going to wait for a 10K, since it's the end of the fiscal year that has passed? ( a 10Q should have been filed by Nov.15, but a 10K has til Dec.30) 3)Mention was a made a few weeks ago of an IR person coming on board. I have heard nothing about it since then. Is there a number to call or fax to get due diligence materials for RICA? 4)Can anyone provide any info on the management? Their experience? How many shares they hold? 5)Does the company expect to meet its cash needs from operations, or will they be doing private placements, debentures, Reg S offerings or the like to raise money?
