He would only be in trouble, if he bought based on information that he got from the company, that no one but him or only a few people had access to. SGNC would be in trouble for giving him the information, regardless of whether he made money on it, if they only gave the info to him or a few people. In this case you have no idea whether any of the above even occurred. Rob.
