-Their IP network will interconnect with the public network so anyone can use L3 for service like any other provider. I think this is one reason for the XCOM purchase. I don't think your guess about the XCOM purchase is correct. I need to check to see how much input I can provide on this subject since I am a XCOM/LVLT employee. I don't want to break NDA :-) Cliff
