here's somethin good fer ya...

OLD FASHIONED BANANA BREAD

1/2 CUP SHORTENING OR MARGARINE
1 CUP SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 TSP. BAKING SODA
2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
3 RIPE BANANAS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350* GREASE A 9 x 5 x 3 LOAF PAN ,,, PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A MIXING BOWL. MIX UNTIL THOROUGHLY COMBINED.

POUR INTO A PREPARED PAN.......... BAKE 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES.
