Nanchate, based on your recent SI membership, the fact that you have only posted to TAVA and your use of the plural first person in the following sentence "3) The Tandem loan does not have any prepayment penalties. We can repay the debt at any time which extinguishes their collateral position." One can assume that you are either an employee or a paid shill of the company. As for your argument that it was not a desperation loan, why are you paying 11.5% plus warrants? You are in great company of Altris Software (delisted) and Ergobuilt (delisted) and Compass Plastics--other desperate Tandem clients that failed. Mr. Pink
