Let's see....$330 million / 40 million shares....That's $8.25 a share! Maybe even $9 if there's a share buyback first! <g> And this is only ONE property! Forget it, I'm buying a Porsche tomorrow. I have FOUND the money tree :) By the way, just curious: Can anyone explain why management hasn't taken this tiny company private yet? They must be either really smart, or really dumb. And whichever it is, you guys are the opposite.
