Although I would love to see an immediate high price on this merger, it is my belief that "investors" will do fine. NT share appreciation has been good the last few years-Look at the chart. The future for the industry is good.

House responsibility is to shareholders and I think he has done well (at least for me) and I believe my converted shares will continue to appreciate at a much higher rate than they would have as Bay. I plan on selling for a price over 38 within a year.

I am encouraged by the morale of the Bay employees such as Cruiser and have appreciated their insights. Their efforts will assist in my share price targets.
