The Company filed form 13D today, detailing the December '97 and February '98 financings. . The new management team seems to be making steady progress, little by little. Soon I suspect we'll see the S-1 approved! . Reading the 13D, we the that Company is obligated to pursue a NASDAQ Small Cap (or higher/better) listing for its stock. . I figured out once that if the stock trades up to about $5 after the forms 10 and S-1 are accepted, that that is all that's needed for virtually automatic NASDAQ listing. . Hey, it COULD happen. The AOL hype has stopped. The News Releases are few, but informative. I hope the Company is making progress, and I anticipate future announcements as that progress warrants. . Colin
