Market Direction,

In the front of SI , Louis Navillier makes some good points about the small cap stocks. He believes that there will be a rotational correction into small caps which are drastically undervalued based on PE and earnings growth.

I heard on NBR tonight that the average NASDAQ stock is down 23 percent from their highs. This is a bear market for small caps.... if the big instutitions get into more small caps this will help NEWCOM....
