Jeffrey, you are mis-reading this completely. They are NOT talking about how many impressions per month the companies sell, which I will stipuate are MUCH higher than 5 million impressions per month (for both DCLK and ZULU). They are talking about the minimum number of impressions per month that they will accept from a single website. In other words, how big do you have to be for the company to accept you as a customer? According to this, both ZULU and DCLK will place ads on sites that can deliver at least 1 million impressions per month. They note that SIM previously only accepted sites that could deliver 5 million impressions per month. However, they have lowered their standards, and will now place on sites that can deliver 1 millions impressions per month. Could be taken as a negative (lowering their standards) or a positive (broader base). But not an indication of total impressions at all.
