Care to explain to this half brain dude why this would not be the case. Ordinarily increasing the supply of currency would lower it's value.TIA.

From BOJ figures their broadest based money aggregate increased 3.8% over the past year. And with the GDP at or near 0, shouldn't we ordinarily be seeing at least a 3% inflation rate (CPI)
(% increase in GDP subtracted from % increase in money supply).
