you can't, unless you have a foreign mailing address and a Canadian broker who allows shorting BB stocks.

If anybody wants to suggest such a broker, please email me. I live in Germany, so it would be nice to short some BB stocks occasionally ... there's a lot more junk there than there is on the Naz.
