Kevin, last I checked, Times and Sales dont mention who did the selling or who did the buying. Ie...if there are 10 mm in a stock and prints go on at a certain price, it doesnt say who the parties where, just the times, size and print.

If you see a print on the bid, and are assuming that the bidder is the only one taking in stock or the only one who could be buying stock at that price, then you need to understand the Nasdaq a bit more.

We could go into this a bit more if you want.
