Here it is patents.com I think they did a nice job. It is well written, and directly addresses the issues. The brief makes several good points. I think the point of sale issue was particularly strong. Unfortunately, its hard to get a judge to change her mind, and these points should have been made before her decision. However, GIFTs chances are much better now that their positions are being articulated. In the end the Appeal Court decides what claims mean, so it is nice to see a well written brief, since the appeal court decides largely on the briefs. GRC FTR (recently went long - but will sell on a run up)
