Thats the kind of news I have been expecting!!! This will help in many ways but I think you will see a few tough calls made in the weeks to come yet.

I do not understand some of the terms and conditions but I think any money used to help Counterforce will have huge returns as well.

I'm going to bring up marketing with Thomas the next chance I get. The internet market sales only from two sites and the last time I looked the mouse (Dead) was still for sale there as well.

I think Thomas should now go over his game plan with the dealer base they have with Counterforce. If he can get this sales force on line we will not have to wait for the sales to come in.

Stop trying to reinvent the wheel and use what works!!! These dealers have the ability to turn things around faster than you think. On the other side if you do not work with the dealers things will get very ugly.

I have much faith that one dealer will get the ball rolling and once it starts it will not stop. I have yet one more meeting next week some time and I would like to know how the funds are going to be used.

I do see this as positive news but better things are a few days down the road yet. The staff will be changing as well as the business plan at Counterforce.
