I'm a new CyberTrader 1.6 user who has had nothing but good things to say about the system and the support. I called them last week, they sent me the forms to open an account the next day, I sent them back the next and funded the account for trading.

They downloaded and installed CyberTrader 1.6 using PC Anywhere that same day.The next day they trained me via PC Anywhere for over 2 hours and then I was ready for trading.

So far, I have nothing but good to say for the system. You are allowed to logon in either live mode or demo if you need additional practice. I have used it live both Monday and Tuesday, all day each day, and have had no problems to date.
